2) complete 1 or more attempts
3) go to results, click "Download in xls format"

EXPECTED: get open/ save file dialog

OUTCOME: directed to a page with "No students enrolled in this course yet" and gibberish (ods/ excel code).

WORKAROUND/ TEMP FIX: comment out the following line from /mod/quiz/report/overview/
notify(get_string('nostudentsyet'));
