Once the Microsoft SQL Server Native PHP Driver is fully integrated into Moodle 2.0 (see MDL-22906), we need do document how to install that driver under Windows.

The idea is to do so in this page:

http://docs.moodle.org/en/Installing_MSSQL_for_PHP

in a new section, detailing all the steps needed to be installed in the OS to make the driver available to Moodle (PHP). Can include links to other sources, whatever.

Also, this is planned for that page:

• Keep the common settings (SQL*Server ones) in one separate section.
• Keep both the FreeTDS and the new Native PHP Driver sections while moving the rest (ODBTP, ODBC...) to another (deprecated) page.
