New type of enrol plugin which partially replaces category level enrolments and meta courses, it is synchronising cohort membership with course enrolments (role + optionally group).

Benefits:

• possible integration auth --> cohort --> cohort enrol
• better performance
• hopefully easier to explain and administer

Internally implemented via cohort event listener and full cron sync.
