When using Wikimedia files, In file picker the user linking/downloading the file by default is set as Author, and it si also allowed to set any type of enabled license type to the media. This may lead to some copyright/ownership/license issue.

To reproduce:

• enable Wikimedia repo
• login as user and add file from wikimedia to user's private files
• suppose to search for "cat"
• select any image for which you verified before ownership and license type
• now in file picker alter author and license at will and click "Select this file"

License and ownership should be inherited from wikimedia. It inheriting is not possible, a different file picker behavior should be considered.
