The attached patch adds support for using section names in the "Add a resource..." and "Add an activity..." navigation sections that are displayed when editing a course. After this patch is applied, custom section names will be displayed if they are set instead of generic names such as "Topic 2".

MDL-22647 adds support for displaying custom section names throughout various parts of Moodle. Sorry, I missed this spot when writing the original patch for MDL-22647.
