Some changes in history page.
History pages should not only show changes to pages, but also other events.

• Creation
• page edit
• comment to page (added, removed modified)
• page has been rated by user (or user changed page rating)
• page has been tagged (added, removed modified)

For each event should be displayed the user, the date and time of event and a link to the object created.

creation and edit ... "view page version $version number"
comment "comment from user"
rate - actual rating and page rate average (when implemented)
tag - tagg added or removed
