There are countless ways how to store the the names of plugins in language packs, we should clean up this mess with the help of AMOS-ASM:

1. /mod/* - "modulename" and "modulenameplural"
2. filters - "filtername", the problem is that filters may be part of other plugins == potential collisions
3. everywhere else "pluginname"
