No means to identify users who accessed the site between given date range

      Scenario : When the admin wants to view the users who have accessed the site for a given date range.

      Steps to reproduce :

      Log in as administrator, go to Site Administration -> Users ->Accounts -> Browse list of users -> Advanced search.

      You get to see two filters which enables us to search their first and last access, but none for a date range.

      Effects:

      This creates a whole in moodles audit trial, and reporting functionalities.
