I think we should put Moodle XML and GIFT file types at the top of the list, then list the rest in Alpha order.

In Lesson, GIFT is the default format and when the pull down is open, it appears in alpha order.

In Quiz all selections appear in alpha order.

Both GIFT and Moodle XML are Moodle "inventions". Thus they should be at the top of the list. Could call it "Moodle GIFT" to make it double clear.
