Provide more default scales. useful, not useful. acceptable, not acceptable. needs work,good, excellent. Work with Tomaz to define what scales should be created by default.
The strings used will have to be added to the language packs for multi-language support.
They should be custom scales that allow the users to customize or enhance the scales however they see fit.
