As far as I can find accessibility.html and advancedmarkdown.html are used now where.
The content of accessibility might be usefull to put in the docs.

These two large files show up as first in the translation interface for help files. It's a bit sad that people spend hours translating them while they shouldn't even be there. Please move them away, at least from the 1.9 branch
