SocQuest course backup (available from http://coolcourses.moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=1&rid=97) when restored http://coolcourses.moodle.org/course/view.php?id=47 resulted in lots of weird links in labels e.g.

http://coolcourses.moodle.org/course/$@RESOURCEVIEWBYID*64@$
http://coolcourses.moodle.org/course/$@RESOURCEVIEWBYID*58@$
http://coolcourses.moodle.org/course/$@RESOURCEVIEWBYID*59@$

When the labels were edited and the html code examined, there was nothing wrong with them i.e. they correctly linked to http://coolcourses.moodle.org/mod/resource/view.php?id=2598 etc Saving the labels without changing anything somehow fixed the problem.
