Reviewing the nightly execution of the scripts in charge of generating the installer lang files (install/lang/xxx). I'm getting this error when processing the mr_utf8 language:

Error: /moodle/lang/mr_utf8 required files not present (moodle.php)

So the corresponding installer file in that language cannot be created because the moodle.php file is missing.

Is that ok? Is it an unfinished lang (not really available) or is it a bug?
