remove support for YUI pix folder in theme

      Unfortunately the idea of /yui_pix/ folder is not compatible with yui autoloading in YUI3, combo loader, etc. It would be technically possible to implement, but it would be a pain to maintain with each new YUI version.

      Instead we will have to override the YUI images with CSS and use normal theme images.
