We embed flash (FLV) videos in web pages as part of course material. Sometimes videos don't show up when the page displays. The page requires a refresh to get the video to display. We are embedding video using a standard href link around a space and qualifying the video size with '?d320x240' at the end of the URL.

The screenshot below shows a course page but the top two videos are missing. If I refresh the page, one or both will eventually display.
