define more page layouts

      2.0dev contains only a few page layouts, unfortunately this list can not be extended in themes because the type must be specified in code first.

      We need:

      • home
      • course
      • module
      • admin
      • my
      • profile
      • login
      • maintenance
      • admin

      and also some general layouts:

      • default
      • form
      • popup
      • frametop
      • embedded

      The layout files do not have to exist for all these types of course.

      Hopefully this will solve at least some "template" requests
