MOODLE_19_STABLE
Moodle has several accessibility options, among them:
- Email format
- When editing text (WYSIWYG controls)
- AJAX and JavaScript
- Screen reader
All of these are set to the least accessible choice by default.
Why it matters
Finding and enabling accessibility options is difficult for screen reader users; more difficult than finding and disabling them is for sighted users.
Possible solution
In user profile, accessibility options should be turned on by default.
