Moodle has a fair amount of well-written and useful online help. Help icons appear throughout the application near the topics they address. Clicking a help icon opens a new window.

That new window always has a generic title of "Help," and its first headings make no mention of Moodle or of the specific feature in question.

      Why it matters

Blind users typically have little trouble with popups. They do, however, have some trouble with window management. For this they rely on the title of the window and the first lines of content on the page. In both these areas Moodle could be improved.

      Possible solution

The help window's title should be useful, telling users that the page is a Moodle help page for a given topic. The page's first heading should say the same thing.
