Add the option to require the "other" field to multiple choice question.
Example: which fruit do you eat in the afternoon?
[ ] apple
[X] orange
[X] Other, specify: pear__

It should be managed the case in which the user write something in the "other" edit field, but do not selects the corresponding check box.
