We use flatfile enrolment to keep our moodle in line with our MIS (Capita Unit-e), a while back Unie-e started quote delimiting the csv files regardless of the setting for this. In order to make the flatfiles still work I had to add a few lines to enrol/flatfile/enrol.php

Would this be useful to include generally? It simply strips all "s from the strings; the only negative impact it could have is it would break it if there were intentional quotes in any of the strings.
