Moodle tracks the date of the last edit to the gradebook of each grade entry.

Unfortunately, this date is generally after the actual date of the assessment and any subsequent editing (say, after a student requested review) updates to the current date.

While this is useful from an integrity perspective it means importing course data from another system is recorded as the date of the import and not of the original student attainment of that grade.

The improvement we are seeking would be:

• Add the value of 'Last_Graded_date' to gradebook entries
• Allow data be imported to it in the Grade import process
• Add an permission to enable the editing of this value (default = Prevent)
• Allow this value to be edited at a student level
