Unable to delete mnet peer - mystery table

      Mnet peers cannot be deleted. The error is "Table 'mdl_mnet_rpc2host' doesn't exist". The only place the table 'rpc2host' is mentioned is in the delete operation in mnet/peer.php so it's not surprising.
