I may fix this too, at least in my UI, but before that: I disagree strongly about the name of the setting. I am not sure if there was a confusion with our earlier discussions.

Automatically start a new page

• Never
• After adding each question
• After adding N questions

I think what this setting does is it keeps the quiz organized permanently, regardless of whether the question that is the last on the page has just been added (=what repaginating does once, this setting makes permanent/unchangeable). Alas, this name is badly confusing.

In addition, the string is way too long to put into the quiz editing status bar instead of the current "Questions per page: N".
