It seems that the quiz_results block ignores completely the "enrol status" of the user, both when showing individual and aggregated (groups) information.

It would be great to filter out non-enroled students, not sure if always or based in a block instance setting. For sure, filtering will make things slower, but more consistent IMO, not showing "old" students/groups.
