In Users -> Accounts -> User profile fields, we've created some custom fields to store admin/private information about users. For each field we've set the option 'Who is this field visible to' to 'Not visible'. The fields are all stored in a category named 'Other fields'.

When a user goes to edit their profile, they see a blank box on the page labelled 'Other fields'. It seems unnecessary to display this box if there are no fields contained within that the user is allowed to view/edit.
