      The character encoding of Japanese language file for PHPMailer (lib/phpmailer/language/phpmailer.lang-ja.php) is not UTF-8 (EUC-JP) now.

      I re-translated and changed encoding for phpmailer.lang-ja.php.
      So, could you pelase update the old phpmailer.lang-ja.php with newly-translated one?
