OU Moodle with new quiz reports

This is a query as to whether this can be done.

Minor issue. If a mark is clicked on the question is shown with the student's response, but the question is always given the number 0.
Would it be possible to set the question number to that in the quiz? At the OU we don't tend to jumble questions; question 4 in the sequence will always be question 4.
