      Outcomes associated with particular activities are listed on the edit categories and items page with the same icon as the activity, for example an outcome associated with an assignment has an assignment icon. This is confusing - see http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=103450 It would be great if an outcomes icon could be used instead.
