When a course maps Teacher to Tutor, the front page course listing shows

• When logged out (or logged in as guest): Tutor
• When logged in:
  ****as admin, Tutor
  ****as a user who is not enrolled in the course, Tutor
  ****as a user who is enrolled in the course, Teacher

In other words, course participants see the unmapped role name.
