The Max attemps in Lesson setting is designed to keep students from entering into an endless loop when they don't know the answer to the question. I have tried several versions of 1.9, including the most recent weekly update and can not get it to work. Attached is a sample simple simple lesson. Max attempts is set for 2.

I created a user Student, enrolled Student in the course. I logged in as student to do the testing.

Is there some other setting that I am missing. I am pretty sure this setting worked in 1.6 and I could check 1.8 if need be. Sorry I missed this.
