Don't create preset ZIP always in the same directory, as the same file name

      When exporting a preset as zip, it will currently be first created as "export.zip" directly within the moodledata/temp directory. The files within the ZIP file are also generated always at the same place. This can cause problems if more than one person exports a preset at the same time.
