Roles and capabilities in the Choice module again. This issue is similar to those ones dealing with admin's choices.

Steps to reproduce
============
1. create a choice at the front page (main menu block)
2. override roles so that Authenticated user (i.e. everybody with the account) is allowed to make a choice and see results
3. log in as anybody and make your choice

What I expected to see

correct number of responses

What actually happened
===============
I can see correct number in "View n responses", but the table with the bars (or the list of users) is empty.
