At present guests can see anything on a site which does not require user input. But if a guest tries to enter a forum or a chat, for example, they are forced to login as a 'real' user before they can do so.

We would like this facility to be extended to other resources/activities. For example when a guest wants to download a SCORM we would like them to receive a message telling them they must login as a 'real' user before they can do so.

Is there a way that this could be added as an option for all resources/activities?
