Guess not really major issue, but certain can be improved (for consistency). I believe this issue happen in all major moodle versions (including 1.9)

Steps to Repro:

1. Login as Instructor
2. Create a new "upload a single file" assignment.
3. Login as student and upload a file on this assignment.
4. Login again as Instructor, and go to manually grading this assignment by clicking on view submitted assignment.
5. Try clicking on the name of any of the students, it will not work.

In another word, in gradebook view, essay quiz, participants, when listing all students, hyperlink to student profiles are provided. However in most other quiz question types, hyperlink are not provided (not consistent).
