I have noticed, since moving to 1.8.x, that when viewing quiz attempts for all students or for students who have not yet attempted the quiz, all system administrators show up in the list!

I don't believe we did anything with the roles. They should still be at the default settings with respect to quizzes.

I think this is very odd!
