Here is how to repo:

1. Login as admin or teacher and create a essay quiz question, assign that to a quiz
2. Login as a student and attempt that essay question
3. Here you will see 4 buttons (oh my gosh), at least there are two submit buttons (Submit and "Submit page") that are doing the same thing.

Not really a bug but could work on the GUI a little bit to avoid possible confusion
