The ability to tag questions with a comma-separated list of user-defined tags would greatly enhance the reusability of questions. For example, tags such as EASY, MEDIUM, HARD, could be used to classify questions according to difficulty.

When displaying questions on the right-hand ("Question bank") side of the Editing Quiz page, the tags would be displayed with the question name and optional question text. Better still, add a drop-down list of tags to the Category display options, allowing questions to be filtered by one or more selected tags:
