Delete lang files in blocks/search/lang

      Standard modules lang files should be in the lang folders. The blocks/search folder contains a lang folder. In this situation /admin/lang.php?mode=missing shows missing strings also if the strings are translated correct in moodledata/lang/mylanguage/blocks_search.php
