Go to Gradebook.
Look at a list of students.
Do this as admin or tutor.
Observe whether there's an icon alongside a student name.
Select 'my report preferences'
Set 'user profile images' to the opposite of what it currently is.
Hit Cancel.

And note how the setting is not cancelled but changes.
