Situation:
using moodle 1.8.2
Moodle site language = French
Course "English 999" forced language = English
Student's profile is set to favorite language = French
Student logs in to course "English 999"
The interface is in English OK.
Student clicks on his name (You are logged in as XXX).
Suddenly the interface switches to French, even though student is still "in" English 999 course.
This is especially not acceptable for the Activity Report windows, where the actual course forced language should stick.
There was no such bug in 1.6.
