I created an test account for a teacher and a test account for a student. The teacher created a course. The student purchases the course using PayPal. After the purchase, the student gets a receipt from PayPal and the I as a merchant receive notice of the sale. When the student trieds to enter the course, the student is given a message saying the following:

Thank you for your payment! Unfortunately your payment has not yet been fully processed, and you are not yet registered to enter the course ....
