12) hide/Show the date of last access in the user profile

      Althoug the capability moodle/course:viewhiddenuserfields is set and the field is marked as hidden field the last acces is shown!

      Maybe a BUG!

      12) Show last access - proper functionality: hide, if viewhiddenuserfields is not set!
