When you add a multi page PDF file as a resource and have it displayed in the same window, only the first page of the PDF is displayed. The additional pages are unaccessible.

This seems only to affect the Safari web browser

      Steps to reproduce:

Using Moodle 1.8.2+ (CVS checkout from 7/31/2007)

      1. Create a new resource
      2. Specify a PDF document as the file (The PDF document must contain at least 2 pages)
      3. Set the window to "Same Window"
      4. Under Advanced, set "Keep navigation on the same page"
      5. Save and view the page.

The first page of the PDF file is displayed, however there isn't a method to view the other pages.
(This only seems to occur when the "Keep navigation" flag is set)

I've attached two screen shots one showing the page in safari and another showing the page in FireFox 2. The one in Firefox 2 displays correctly.
