      The user preference grade_report_meanselection is implemented and needs to be used in the grader report, to specify which grades to select in the bottom aggregation (column averages). The two possible values are GRADE_AGGREGATE_MEAN_ALL and GRADE_AGGREGATE_MEAN_GRADED
