When the LDAP authentication plugin was converted to the multi-authentication framework in Moodle 1.8, we broke Novell eDirectory user creation. Instead of calliing ldap_add(), we are calling $this->ldap_add(), which is not a member function of the class.

The bug was discovered by Leo Gaggl (see this thread: http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=72335#p325249).

I'm attaching patches for both 1.8 and 1.9dev in a couple of minutes.
