Implement user disguises in Moodle LMS.

User disguises will provide functionality to assist with:

• Anonymous feedback - such as student evaluations of teachers/courses and anonymous forums etc.
• Student collaboration while still maintaining privacy - in the cases where privacy laws/policy prohibit one student from knowing personal information about another, but where active student collaboration is wanted as part of teaching and learning.
• Scenario/ role play based learning activities - where students adopt "personas" as part of teaching and learning activities.

This has been a long requested feature starting with MDL-1071, which is the second highest voted tracker issue of all time.
