Deliver a more robust and intuitive experience when managing and using questions in Moodle LMS by resolving technical debt and improving how the quiz and question bank interact.

This work focuses on fixing critical issues around question categorisation, backup/restore consistency, performance in large-scale banks, and UI clarity especially for power users and admins managing complex assessments.

The outcome is a faster, more predictable, and user-friendly question management experience that scales with institutional needs and supports high-stakes use cases.
