Standardise how suspended users are displayed and managed across Moodle LMS to reduce confusion and improve reliability for educators and administrators. This work will align behaviours and terminology between system-level and course-level suspensions, ensuring that user lists, reporting tools, and interfaces reflect suspension status consistently and intuitively.

The outcome is a more predictable user management experience that supports accurate tracking, clearer communication, and better decision-making across the platform.
