In order to promote external events we need a way to be able to filter events on Moodle Academy. This will require a new block that will allow us to filter events by:

• Hosted by: "Moodle Academy / Partner name / Moodle Community / MUA"
• Language: Spanish, English, French, Dutch
• Learning pathway: educator, developer, administrator, general
• Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced (don't have any advanced yet though)
