When you make a comment to somebody else's personal blog, the page with the comment editing form has a header like:

server ? YOUR name ? YOUR blog's name ? Correct name of post ? New blog comment

The first two parts of this should not display your name, but the name of the person whose blog you're commenting on.

When viewing the post/existing comments, the correct header is displayed; this problem applies only when you click to add a new comment.
